- Add Check velocity limits (high/low) in linear/rotational trajectory with velocity

- Add properties to adjust socket parameters (__ExpertSocketSndTMO, __ExpertSocketRcvTMO)
- Add properties to adjust Task parameters (_ExpertTaskMsgTMO, __ExpertTaskMsgPeriodic)
- Modify execute_low_level_command() in order to return the response
