Drive damp + code restructuring

I've restructured the code we use for growth damp measurements. Now the code is separated into two main parts: device abstractions and measurements. I've also added the drive damp measurement to be tested next Monday. If something doesn't work I've made a tag in the main branch of the code state before my modification (and drive damp part can be easily added there).
